Biography
Quran Squire is a writer/director based out of Los Angeles, CA. He was born and raised in Essex County, New Jersey where his creative lens was shaped.
His work is fascinated by both the mundane and the extraordinary, and often a blending of the two. Quran captures his subjects with dreamy, mesmerizing camera and painterly images. His work has been recognized by many platforms such as American Black Film Festival, Newark International Film Festival, and The Wrap's ShortList Film Festival.
Since joining RadicalMedia, Quran has worked closely with artist Love Mansuy directing a series of music videos as well as a short documentary. Most recently, Quran directed a music video for Joe Jonas + Khalid’s single “Not Alone” as a tie-in for the Sony Pictures film Devotion. He also helmed a music video for Dreamville, JID, and Lute’s single “Ma Boy” as a tie for the film Creed III.
